Visitors were invited to transform survey answers into poems or character collages. We then sent the results back to the person who had been surveyed.
We set up our office first in an art gallery, then in a railway station container beside a busy train station.

1. The artists phone call centre operators to survey them while they are at work. They ask questions
about the operator's relationship to their working environment.

2. An office environment is installed in a shipping container near Wellington Railway station. Visitors to the shipping container are invited to choose a completed survey and make a cut 'n paste poem or character collage relating to the surveyee's answers.
3. Cut 'n' paste poems and character collages are posted to the call centre operators who were surveyed in step 1.
